3D printing and additive manufacturing technology removes a lot of the limitations of traditional manufacturing methods. Still considerations need to be made to make a part that is able to be printed accurately and efficiently. We can help you with the design process from napkin drawing to a full production part using our experience in electro mechanical engineering. All of this at reasonable rates and great turnaround times.

3D Scanning

With the use of 3d scanning we can provide you with a model small as a coin to as large as a building. We have a multitude of scanners for different purposes which allow us to get fine details at multiple scales and allow us the accuracy to reverse engineer parts for you quickly. whether its a discontinued part or a part that needs adjustment for production, we can reverse engineer it without issue even if it has complex geometries.

Product Design and organic 3D Modeling

Even though we can help at almost all stages of development of a products or products, it is easier to help from the beginning of the idea to optimize for manufacturing. This ends up saving time and money during the development process.

Simulation and Mechanical Testing

Because of our advanced printing and manufacturing capability we can simulate in software parts or test them in real life. This allows us to iterate on a part far faster than traditional methods would allow and keep a design within engineering certifications. We can assist with almost all testing required of the part and validate it accordingly, or we can provide resources to have it validated via 3rd party firms.

We specialize in 3d printing, whether SLS, SLA or FDM we have a large pool of experience and are able to optimize quickly and effectively for it. If you have a model or product that may need to be manufactured via 3d printing we can review it and modify it accordingly to save cost, time and resources.
